Pizza Hut Restaurants required a ‘one stop shop’ for IT Support, allowing their Huts to report and have resolved any IT related issues and queries. Retail Assist became their single point of contact to log all calls, who could then fix incidents, and manage through to resolution calls to 3rd parties. The Help Desk also works closely with Pizza Hut’s internal IT team.
In 2014 Retail Assist originally implemented a service to cover the outlets’ standard trading hours. Once 24 x 7 x 365 Help Desk capabilities became apparent, Pizza Hut decided to extend the service to take full advantage of being able to call on IT support at any time, day or night, to support Huts that service orders late into the night.
Retail Assist’s Help Desk continues to support 8,000 Pizza Hut staff throughout the UK.
