Where will I be working?
You will be working as part of a team based in London, with travel to client sites and other UK offices.
What will I be asked to do?
You will be providing support to client stores which will include troubleshooting moderately complex network and software issues for end users for multiple client platforms such as PC, Tablet, iOS and Android.
Ensuring escalations are raised as appropriate and keeping in touch with the end user to ensure communication is kept.
You will be responsible for keeping an inventory of all hardware and ensuring broken Tablets are replaced. This role will include creating new procedures where required.
